Purchase premium authentication

Hi , I am researching Adobe Sign as an option for having client e-sign documents. I would be using the individual edition as there is only me in the practice. I would wish to use SMS as an authentication method before clients could access a document to be e-esigned and believe this is a prmium feature which must be pre-purchased . I cannot see anywhere to add this when purchasing ? I am in Ireland.
