Question: Best Practices for Securing Forms with Sensitive Data

Hello, Adobe Acrobat Sign Community:

 

I would like to ask if there are any specific tips for securing documents that contain sensitive data, such as SSNs, bank routing numbers, etc.. I know that there is an option to mask field data so that it is only visible in audit reports, but I want to ask if there are any other specific tips, particularly with templates and workflows partaining to financial information.

 

We would not want any users to have access to the completed documents except for specific groups within our organization, and if possible, we would prefer to save the PDFs to OneDrive directly rather than having them attached to email upon completion of the agreement or sent as a link in Adobe Sign. Does anyone have any tips (perhaps with setting up Power Automate) that would automate this process and make it more secure?
