Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

If you are referring to adding a signature to a document that has already been signed, it is not possible. Once the document is signed, it is encrypted for security reasons, and you cannot make any further changes.

If you wish to add the signature, try the workaround. Print the file to Adobe PDF and select the print as image option under the Advanced tab in the print window. You may refer to the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/46drwkT.
