Is it possible to remove the verbiage overall? As in, do not list the verbiage, 

"Attached is the final agreement between"

    This feature is available on business/enterprise-level accounts only.

     

    Since you have access to one, I suggest reaching out to your company's IT admin for the below:

    Next would be to change the message template for the entire organisation. Steps here: https://adobe.ly/4mee9af

     

    If you are group admin in your team, or you have a group created and want to edit the template for your specific group, that can be done too. Steps here: https://adobe.ly/4o9FkVy
