RE: deactivated account when logging in to sign a document sent to us.
Good Morning, So were having an issue with signing documents that we receive from external sites, when we receive docs from external sites and go to sign them, it then asks us to log in with a different account so we try and do that, then when we do this it tells us the account is deactivated. ( we do not have adobe sign where a DocuSign Shop). How do we sign these documents? I saw an article about sign-in errors (link below) but wasn't sure it affected receiving sites about https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-users-sign-in-error.html. Please advise how we are supposed to sign receiving documents when it tells us our accounts are deactivated and we are not Adobesign users?
