Re: How can I send a document for signature to several recipients at once?

I'm sorry but your interface is confusing. I wish to send multiple independent copies to many recipients. But I need separate signatures, not everyone signing the same copy! The wizard kept blocking me, saying it needs to add signature blocks, although I had inserted two already 😞 Now everyone is seeing the same copy as a group!

    Hi socrates_8515,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Acrobat Sign has two ways of sending a document for signature. You can either send a document to get a signature (multiple or single) on a single copy. Please refer to the step suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/486A5R7

Or you send multiple copies of a single document to multiple users.

You can use the "Send in bulk" feature for the second workflow. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3VA9swk

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or need help.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi
