Could you please elaborate the query you are referring above?

When you say "they have to use a password to sign it now", do you mean the password to open the PDF and sign it?

Generally, if you add a password to the document from your end when you send the document for signature, the user can open the document only after using the password.

However, if there is no password, added to the document, the user can simply click on the link in the email received.

Then the document will open on the web and user can sign it.
