I'm also having the same issue with my web forms. It shows as a multi-line when users fill it out, but when once it is submitted, all text is displayed on a single line in font way to small to read. I've tried different font sizing and different fonts (Times New Roman is not an option).

    Hi Optum33607857z2av,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

As you mentioned, the web form, we assume that you are referring to the Acrobat Sign web form. This is a designed behavior. We suggest increasing the form field size so the text appears fine once the document is submitted.

If that does not help, please share the screen recording for a better understanding.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi

The form field is already at a great size, yet this is how it looks after a form is submittted. While filling the form out, it looks completely normal though. I have this field set to multi-line, with an automatic font size. I've also tried to do different font size to see if that would work, but nothing seems to fix the issue. I beleive this an issue on the Adobe back end.

    Hi Optum33607857z2av,

Thank you for the information and the screenshot.

Could you please share the screen recording of how the fields were added? It will help us to replicate the behavior and investigate further.

    Thanks,
