Bani, my company is experiencing the same. Can you reach out to me with contact information? Neither of our administrators are able to log into Adobe Sign.

    Thank you for reaching out via private message to me, as you have shared that both of your Admins are locked out and are getting the below error, could you please confirm if your admins are getting this error in the Adobe Sign portal or Adobe Admin console?

    Yes, they are also getting this message in the Adobe Sign portal.
