We have changed the name under the account settings, but when accessing our Adobe Sign portion the account name has not been updated.

    Please let us know where exactly you have changed the name on the account. Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the account where you have updated the name and where the name does not appear correct?

    Share your email address used for the Acrobat sign account in the private message. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

    Also, confirm if you have made any recent changes to your email address for the Adobe account. That might be the reason the information has not been updated for the Acrobat Sign account.

    I have the same problem with changing the name and profile on account but not updating here on the support forums.

    You need to update the information in Adobe Sign as well. My profile under Personal Preferences.
