Can someone please contact me - I'm having the same issue and your support team is very unhelpful.

    Hi Kylied,

    Sorry for the trouble caused.

    As you are experiencing an issue with the "Send for Signature" feature, could you please confirm the application you are using?

    I can see that you have Adobe PDF Pack subscription.

    Adobe PDF Pack is a bundle of Adobe Document Cloud service. It is an online service that you can access through the browser on your desktop machine or the mobile device.

    You can also access the service via Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop application. Some of its features also work on the mobile application.

    Please try to send the documents for signature online from here https://cloud.acrobat.com/

    Once you open the link, sign-in with your Adobe ID and password.

    Then go to Send for signature tab and upload the document.

    Check if that works for you.

    If you still experience the issue, let us know what exactly happens when you try to send documents for signature.

    How are you accessing the service?

    Do you get any error message?

    It would be helpful if you can share the screenshots.

    To add the screenshot in the forum reply window, use the steps provided below:

    - Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

    - An Insert Image window will appear.

    - Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

    - Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.
