Re-Uploading An Already Countersigned Encrypted Adobe Sign Document (additional pages)

I have a document that is countersigned.

On our agreement however is another annex & schedule where later on, we can update the agreement with new designs we will have licenses for.

I wanted to ask what the effect is of uploading an already signed and encrypted document?  Is that fine to do?

I note you can upload an already signed document, as I have tested, I just wanted to double-check before I roll out and continue using Adobe Sign.
