Receive "Could not send.. Unsupported File" when trying to send through E-Sign

We have used Adobe E-sign before and pay for the montly pro subscription. Trying to send a lease document to be signed by tenants, and I continuously get the error message "Could Not Send. Unsupported file "File Name" Select another file and try again."

I have tried with other files, to include the file that we last had signed by our tenants, and still receive this error. The document is a secured PDF, but security settings allow for signature and opening without a password. Please advise.

Hi,

I am wondering if this could be  related to settings in a cloud storage service or using shared files from a network folder.

Also, can you verify if you're also behind a firewall or VPN that is blocking a port or the messaging service in use.

Have you also checked if the filenames involve more than 255 characters in length, or if the have complex filenames with special characters, blank spaces amd symbols?
