Receive error when requesting signature

I have a staff member who receives the attached error when requesting a signature.

They have tried multiple valid email addresses and receive the error.

We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat DC.

We have had them try using the Web version of Adobe Sign.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
