Received Adobe Sign email, need to confirm my email address

Hi

I don't know how to confirm my email address on the Adobe sign document, I sent it via Adobe sign,

I completed the documents, it was signed, it's currently in my in section Out for Signature

When I click on the link my company sent me to confirm email address, it tells me that the signature has been verified, it does not give me an option to confirm my email address ?

Somebody please help me I've been struggling for hours on end
