Hi - I have received an email stating a person has signed a document I sent them however it is not in the 'signed' box when I login to my adobe sign account. How long does it take to show up there please?
I find the document is in my signed list whenever I get notification that is was signed, when I am signing next. It does take a few seconds after they sign3d for me to get a notification. It does appear in the signed but the to be signed list. I don’t get a notification of signing unless people can sign in any order. Perhaps it depends upon how your account is setup.
