Redacting an Adobe Sign document for specified participants

Hello, Is it possible to redact portions of an Adobe Sign document for some participants and not for others? For example, our end user wants to prevent Participant 3 from seeing some personal information items in the Workflow but wants Participant 1, 2, 4 and 5 to be able to see them. Thanks!

    Hello Meenakshi,

     

    Thanks for getting back to me! I’m not sure that we want to resolve this issue globally. We actually figured out a way that works in our case. If you layer another field on top of the field that we want redacted and assign it to the desired Participant, then you can select “Mask field data” and then type in a few spaces under “Default Value”. It’s not perfect, but it does hide the sensitive information in question. It also makes the information available to the participants that need to see the fields. Hope this makes sense. Thanks again!
