Reminders being sent after documents signed
A signer that had completed the agreement has been receiving reminders to sign, even though the document has been signed. The text in their email reads:
XXX has requested that this reminder be sent after you have already signed this document.
Click here to view this document online in your Adobe Acrobat Sign account.
I can't figure out why this would send, and why it's not available in activity?
Also can't seem to delete the agreement?
