reminders not showing up in history

In Echosign, a history is available showing when the document was created and sent to to a client - when it is read - when it is waiting for signature - and when it is signed and filed.

My question is this:

If I send a reminder to the client why can't I see the reminder date and time or if the client has read the reminder. Is it somewhere else or just a shortcoming of Echosign

Hello,

You can view the details of scheduled or sent reminders, but you need to select the a particular transaction to view the details.

Please follow the steps mentioned below:-

- Login to your Adobe Document Cloud account

- Go to Manage Tab

- Select a document and go to Remind tab

- Click list to view the scheduled or sent reminders
