Reminders Sending after Document is Signed

I set a reminder to send on a specific date, assuming if the document had been signed before that day the reminder would not send. The document was signed, and the reminder sent anyway. Is this a feature or a bug? If this is a feature, reminders seem pretty useless.

Sorry for the delay in response.

If the reminder is set for a specific date, then it will send automatically even if the document is signed before that particular date.

This is designed behavior.

However, if you set the reminder until the form completed, it will automatically stop sending the reminders once the document gets signed.
