Remove copied recipients

I sent a document to be signed by multiple parties, and copied several other recipients. One of the email addresses I was given was incorrect, and now some random person has been copied on the email & received a copy of the document. I'm assuming he will also receive any reminder emails, as well as a final copy once it is signed by all parties. I know how to replace a signer on a document, but how can I remove an email address that was CC'ed? This has to be an option!
