how can I remove old accounts from e sign

    Hi Llewellynp,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    If you are referring to remove the users from the Adobe Sign account, it can be done only if you have the admin access to the account.

    Please refer the steps provided in this help document how-to-remove-a-user-from-my-Adobe-Sign-account to remove the users from the account.

    Hi

    I need to physically remove the entire account, we had a person leave and now someone has joined with the same name but in a different department and I need to set him up a fresh account.

    As it is an enterprise account and you need to remove the account of the user, I would suggest you to directly contact support.
