Removed User Acrobat Sign

Question

When a user is removed what happens to their acrobat sign files? A previous user has outstanding signature requests that we would like to delete.

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query here.

As the accounts are inactive they will not be able to sign in to the Adobe Sign account.

The administrator of the account can activate those accounts for any pending tasks.
