Rename Template

How do I rename and existing Template? I'm trying to to change the name because it seems like when I try to send a file to be signed the complete name of the document does not appear. The name stops after the & sign, which I didn't realize would be a problem. But in trying to find out where I can change the actual name of the template I can't find an option anywhere.

    I highly appreciate you helping me. This is the case of "modern" getting in the way however. Who would EVER think to click that one button? It should already be "selected" so that you can easily find that rename option.
