Replacing PDF without redoing every e-sign field again

How do i replace just the pdf doc without having to start from scratch and input each data/sign field again for the entire document. There may be minor word corrections on the master pdf doc and i don't want to have to import a whole new doc to overlay all the fields again.

Hello Damian,

You can create a reusable form field layer in Library templates which can superimpose the form fields in any future document you upload for sending it out. Below is the documentation for same:

What subscription to you have to have in order to access the reusable form fields?  I don't have that option - my subscription is for Adobe Acrobat DC Pro (or something like that) - paying monthly.

Hi Kathio,

With Acrobat PRO DC, you automatically gain access to the Individual Adobe Sign license as part of the subscription. You would need the Adobe Sign Business or Enterprise license to have access to the reusable form field layer feature.

For a full overview of the different features available with the different licenses, please go to the Adobe Sign Feature Comparison page.

Hope this helps!

Kind regards,
