Report error: There were no Agreements selected by your report criteria.

Question

I am getting the following error when trying to generate a report:

There were no Agreements selected by your report criteria.

There is no "Agreements" section on the report form so I'm not sure where the select the agreements. I'm filtering by Group. If the "Default Group" is selected it generates a report without errors. If I select another group as the criteria I get the error message.

Please check if the criteria you selected fit the other group. It seems to be weird behavior, though. Would you mind sharing the criteria you have set for another group in your Acrobat Sign account?
