Report/List of all completed documents in a date range.

I need a list of all documents that were completed during a date range. I see the report is for overall numbers, but I just need a list of the titles and dates. When I go to the manage tab > completed tab - thats basically what I need to print but if I just highlight and select it wont print or c/p to another doc. 

1. Is there a way to print a list of documents completed?

2. If so, can it include both documents I sent, as well as documents I was cc'd on? 

If not, please consider adding this.
