Reposition signature block after fax

Is it possible to reposition the signature block for a second signer after the first signer faxes in their wet signed (ink signature).  The system puts the second signature block after the faxed in document and we would like the second signer to be able to reposition their signing block to where the actual signature page is in the document.  Is this possible?
