Request E-Signature error during upload (Access Denied)

One of our staff was trying to send a PDF to her supervisor by clicking on Sign -? Request E-Signatures.  The PDF started uploading, but before it finished she got the message: "Access Denied - You do not have access to this service.  Please contact your administrator to gain access."
I checked and she has Acrobat Pro DC, and has Adobe Sign as part of that package.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the delay in response.

 

As mentioned above, one of the staff people gets the error message when trying to send the document. 

Would you mind sharing the email address of the Staff person in the private message so we can check the account information? You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon on this community page at the top right corner. 

Did you recently assign the package to her? Or if she was able to send the document before.

 

Let us know if the issue is already resolved.

Apologies - I did not see this reply!

 

We ended up uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat, as well as signing her out of the portal and back in.  She can now send requests.
