@Tax Digit Pty Ltd I would check to see what type of account you may have. Checked your account details, and you have an Acrobat Teams subscription, Acrobat Pro, or Acrobat Sign enterprise account. Please check with your admin to see if your Acrobat Sign subscription is included.  Ask your admin to contact support if they have further questions.

    Hi @CAAKPATEL,

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well.

I understand that you're receiving an error while accessing the e-sign workflow, including the "Authentication failed" message in Acrobat and the "E-signing services are temporarily unavailable" message on the web.

I checked the account associated with your community profile and can see that your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription was purchased today. In some cases, it may take a little time for the subscription and associated online services to fully synchronise across the account.

In the meantime, please try the following steps:

    • Sign out of the Acrobat desktop application.
    • Sign out of Acrobat Web as well.
    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then close all browser windows.
    • Open a new private/incognito window.
    • Sign in to Acrobat Web using the same Adobe ID associated with your Acrobat Pro subscription.
    • Navigate to the E-sign tab and check whether you can access and use the e-sign features successfully.

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,

    Priyanka Vishwakarma
