Currently - as owner of the document - I got the message "Request e-signature services are temporarily unavailable. Some documents and information may be missing. Please try again later." The next one in row is unable to sign the document. Terrible. Someone who can support me with a solution?

When I attempt to request signatures, the system hangs.  I get the spinning "uploading" ball that just keeps going.

Following up on this.  I first attempted to restart, log out of Adobe, change my Adobe password, and installed an update this morning.  This did no fix the problem.  I contacted the support through the chat <https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen>

And once I reached a human, he was able to help.  I let him have access to my computer, and he had to go in and remove some files in Credential Manager.  Once we did that, when I opened Adobe, it appeared slightly different than the previous version when requesting signatures, but mostly the same.  The important part was, that it worked!  I am not sure what the problem was, but perhaps the update didn't "take" because those credential files were still there.  In any case, it is working now.
