Request e-signature services aren't available for the profile you selected when signing in

 Users get this error when accessing e-signature. They are fully licenced for Acrobat Pro in the admin centre. We have taken the licence away and readded it. We have uninstalled the software from the desktop and tried the web version, but nothing works.

Could you please confirm the Acrobat Sign service plan you are using?

Do you get the error message for the same email address used to sign in here on the community page?

If yes, that may be the reason. We checked the account with the same email, and it shows inactive.

Please share more information so we can provide the correct workflow to correct this.

This account is only used for admin and is not licenced. I do not want to post the email that is being used here.

The people have Acrobat Pro.
