Request e-signatures doesn't work - Visible but unsuable

Good afternoon, 

I have recently been able to have access to the signature tools of the Adobe Pro and am trying to utilize the features for sending out files for signing. For whatever reason when I try to use the request e-signatures button in the acrobat online tool I am able to select a file however it never reaches the next page, it permanenetly loads and nothing else happens. 

Also when I try this through the desktop application I cannot access the feature without seaching for it specifically and I can use it, I am albe to input an email into the field, then when I try to specify the location of the signature field it sort of cancels and it opens the fill and sign tool and the esignature window is gone. 

I'm not sure what's going on.
