Request e-signatures gets stuck when uploading document

Hi,

Im having a problem when requesting e signatures where it gets stuck loading when you try to send it. Ive ended all sessions but it keeps get stuck loading.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

If you are using the Acrobat desktop application to send document for signature, try sending document online. Open the Acrobat online account (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/) and go to E-sign > Request Sigantures. Check if you still experience the same behavior.

Share the Acrobat and OS version number. If you get any error message, share the screenshot of the message.

I have the same problem. And when I try to access through webbrowser I am getting "forbidden" message..
