Request for signature not showing message body in email sent

Yesterday I sent 3 requests for signature and date, included a subject line and message body, along with password protecting it and setting a reminder for every other day. (different people, different docs to sign)

Receiver of email did not get shown the message body or my name and email address underneath message as per usual.

Tested it today, back to normal? Was there a known error yesterday?

Also, when i now check back at all the agreements to sign, it does not show the messages i included, but does for the ones today. As well as the preview in the top right shows as the same doc for the last 100 odd docs that I sent rather than changing the preview image? Again, is there a known glitch?

I'm not sure whether to trust using the request for signature function again, so will be send all requests will a follow-up email duplicating tasks.

Could it be becuase i tried to paste an image into that message box? can't be read, so invalidates the entire box?
