Request signature option not showing on Adobe Pro DC web ver

My company has three Adobe Pro DC web accounts. On two of the accounts the "request signature" option is suddenly no longer available.  We haven't changed anything in the preferences so are unsure why this would drop off. All three accounts have the same Adobe Pro DC with edocs sign account subscription.
