Requesting E-Signatures - Signature Does Not Appear On Executed Document

Question

I have been encountering issues when Requesting Signatures via AdobeSign.

I am able to specify where to add their signature, date, and printed name.

Once "signed" the document only shows their printed name and date - no signature, even though they did in fact sign the document.

What's the solution here?

How did you send the document for signature? Share the complete workflow.

Share the screenshot of the document with the signature added to show how it appears on our end.

Try testing the workflow again and see if you notice the same behavior.
