You will find the Signed document under the "Signed" category on the Manage page of your Adobe Sign account.

You can also locate the Filled and Signed copy of the document from your email account as once the document is Signed a copy of the Signed document is end over the email.

I cannot find the "Manage" page of the Adobe account.  Perhaps  I am going to the wrong account.  I sent a document to be signed.  The signer sent an email saying the document had been signed but I never got a confirming email that it had been signed and I can't find out how to access the document after it was signed.
