Return contract to signer to complete properly

Hi,

Recently a contract was returned as normal, but the signer had not printed their name as requested in the name field and had just written initials in lower case.  We require the full name with their signature so I'd like to know if there is a way to send the contract back to them to complete properly or not.  It is currently set for me to sign to finish the process but I have not done so yet.  Any advice would be appreciated.
