Returned Signatures are a TINY font

After using Adobe Sign for over 2 years, I'm completely at a loss for a resolution on this one.

My returned, signed documents are now coming back with the signature in an incredibly small font and I do not know why?

Same signers, single and multiple signers, but the font is sooo small. Oh, and the signature block was the same length as the line below it.

Can I adjust this?

I'm having the exact same issue when the system now sends me through to the phone app, driving me bananas!!!! Please assist.
