Returned signed document incorrect - need it amending - how do I do this?

Hi - I send out documents for signature and they often come back incorrectly completed.  I would like to be able to re-send the completed signed document to the customer for amending but haven't worked out how to do this. Is this possible or do I have to start again?

If this is a frequent problem you need to save a copy of the document before sending for signatures. Onc signed the document cannot be changed.
