Reusable form

I feel like I'm missing something simple or overthinking. If I have the form in my library - fields and signatures are set, but I don't want to send it out individually. I just want it to sit at a link and be able to be accessed and completed. What step am I missing to just put it out there for completion.

Example: It's an employment application. Fields are data fields, and then it is signed, and I want it to come back to an HR team member. Is there a unique document hyperlink address, or how do I get it out of AdobeSign and uploaded to a page?
