Reusable Signature Boxes

I have to send out separately overtime a number of different documents, often to the same people.

Is there a way to save the "signature box / section" with the fields pre-positioned / assigned so that when I create a new document for signing I can somehow insert this signature box, rather than having to redefine the signature / signer fields everytime?

Depending on the version you could use layer template https://helpx.adobe.com/africa/sign/using/form-field-template.html and you could apply it to the document you once loaded. If your version does not support templates then try pre-tagging the document beforehand. See https://helpx.adobe.com/africa/sign/using/text-tag.html on how to do this.

Many thanks for your response - I tried to investigate these solutions.

For the layer template - it seems that this can only be on a separate page, rather than having the signature spaces on the same page as the unique content.  Am I missing something?

 

I am still trying to work out how to use the pre-tagging - if anyone can point me to training / videos on how to use these in MS Word / Excel etc documents and get these translated into the Adobe Sign document?  I am guessing that these option requires Adobe Pro etc (which I don't currently have).
