RIPPING OFF AN OLD GUY

A FEW MONTHS AGO, I FILED TO RECEIVE A US PASSPORT. SOMETHING FLASHED ON THE SCREEN, AND BEFORE I COULD THINK IT OUT SOMEHOW, I SUBSCRIBED  TO ACROBAT PRO FOR A YEAR. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT IS FOR. IT DID NOT HELP WITH THE PASSPORT BECAUSE I HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO WITH IT. NOW I AM SCREWED BECAUSE I NEED TO PAY FOR IT FOR 10 MORE MONTHS. IT IS USELESS GARBAGE FOR ME. I HAVE TRIED TO GET AN ANSWER FROM ACROBAT. BIG COMPANIES CAN SCREW THE CONSUMER. WHAT IS IT FOR????????????????????????
