Salesforce Document Builder Error and Custom Objects
We are implementing Adobe Sign and Document Builder in a developer sandbox Salesforce org.
Adobe Sign connected perfectly. When I click the Connect button on the Document Builder Admin tab, it takes me to a secure.adobesignpreview.com etc site that appears to be trying to open the Setup Wizard, given this section of the URL - https://test.salesforce.com/apex/adobesign__DocGenSetupWizard but it times out every time with this error:
This site can’t be reached
secure.adobesignpreview.com took too long to respond.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
It appears maybe the site is down? Every other website I'm on is fine. Clearly, because I'm typing this now 🙂
Either way, I cannot connect Document Builder and I'm pretty sure that's why I can't access our custom objects to build the merge fields we need.
I have scoured the help desk and online as well as called the support number. If we cannot get this to work, we will have to find another product because we need access to our custom objects for this use case.
