Salesforce Inactive User Problem
I am experiencing an issue that occurred in Salesforce because:
- A user created and sent an Agreement.
- Some time passed, and before the Agreement was signed by the Customer, the creator of the Agreement was deactivated.
- After deactivation, the Customer signed the agreement, but it did not synchronize in Salesforce.
My question is whether the lack of record update (with the Agreement in Salesforce) could be caused by the deactivation of the person who sent the Agreement?
