Salesforce Integration - Can't See Library Documents

As of this morning my organization can't see the adobesign library when adding files on an agreement.  Is there an issue at adobe?  No changes have been made by the salesforce admin (me).

Thanks!

@marthad81934003 Thanks for reaching out! If you are still facing issues in viewing Acrobat Sign Library, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Go to Acrobat Sign Custom Settings and ensure that the 'Show Acrobat Sign Library attachments' setting is turned On.
  • Check the validity of your Sign OAuth refresh token by sending a simple test agreement. If the refresh token has expired, go to the Adobe Acrobat Sign Admin tab and then unlink and link your Acrobat Sign account.
  • Verify that the current user in the Adobe Acrobat Sign account is able to access the library templates.

Hope it helps resolve your issue!

FYI - I ended up finding out about another issue with a requested agreement refresh that gave an error message referring to the access token so I unlinked the adobe account from the installed package and re-installed and issue is resolved... for those who might have this happen in the future - here ya go!
