Salesforce Lead conversion process no longer copies signed agreements
I have a Lead process that uses Adobe EchoSign to save a signed business agreement to the Salesforce Lead record. Following business agreement completion, the application is reviewed and approved. The Lead is then converted to an Account. The executed .pdf copy of the business agreement was being copied to the resulting Account record up until early November 2015. Discussing and testing with Salesforce support, only files saved to the Lead Notes and Attachments related list are now copied. The agreement is attached to the Agreement related list.
I am looking for anyone else who has run into this and if/how it has been resolved.
