Salesforce links stopped working

I had successfully linked salesforce to adobesign, and was able to test out a merge mapping. Overnight, links no longer work. When I click on them within salesforce they log me out of the org, and when I log back in there is an error message about page not found. One example is:

Page EchoSignSetupWizard does not exist

Any ideas?
