Salesforce Rich Text Field

Hi,

I have a Salesforce Rich text field on Adobe ESign template. Adobe ESign fail to render the rich text field properly and display the raw HTML including tags e.g. <p>Item Name</p>. Has someone resolved this issue before, please share with me if there is any solution.
